So the barn door leading to the tack room is a sad shade of brown. And has seen better days...I think it would look good with a nice coat of paint...

What color would you paint it? And/or the trim?
The barn is barn red with white trim on the outside....
I think the door would look good if it matched the barn-barn red with white trim.
