So I did notice a subtle difference with Porsche taking her OTC omeprezole - while I didn't see any substantial weight gain, I did notice a few attitude adjustments, notably she did seem a bit more settled overall and any slight girthiness stopped. So I went ahead and bit the bullet on some ulcerguard, and she will be getting a 2-week course to see if that doesn't help things along...
