One of the things I like to do to work on my riding is to pull out my little western saddle.

Since the seat is very open, I have to work harder to keep myself in alignment.
The twist is wider too - so I gotta really stretch thru my hips, and since I can drop the stirrups soooo long, I'm basically riding stirrup-less with a security blanket.
Western for the win - I'm sure feeling it today!
