Time-out

Tesla has been taking it easy the last week, cause I came out and found her back leg was scraped and had white paint on it..

What have you been up to??

She had a tender spot on her sacrum and her muscle would spasm when I ran my hand over it (with mild pressure)

Googling was not helpful (i.e. injections, stall rest, no stall rest, MRI's (in which the horse could injury itself coming up from anesthesia) or just a bruise....

So we took it easy this week, hosed it, & watched for signs of improvement (or not) before full on panicking.

Yesterday, swelling is down, tenderness is gone, woohoo!
