OTC Omeprezole treats

Guess whose real birthday it is!!!

Happy 14th to the sportiest ride ever!

Despite getting an plentiful amount of food: 6 flakes (fed across 3x feedings and including some alfalfa), and 1.5 scoop of a local milling mix (Wheat mids/corn flakes/rice bran/touch of molasses), and some CA trace to balance it all out,  little Miss Porsche isn't packing on the pounds as I would like.

Don't get me wrong she looks super healthy and shiny (even while shedding out), with a happy attitude about work and life in general, but she looks like she just stepped off the track. On the muscle.

OK - maybe slightly more fluffy here than on the track...

So the next logical step is ulcers. I read a bunch of COTH threads about treating with OTC proton pump inhibitors, and whatdya know, at Costco they had 42 pills of omeprezole for 13.99.  With a three pill dose, that works out to $1/day...even cheaper than the pop rocks...and slipping them into the peanut hulls makes for an easy dosing!

I'll let you know how it goes!!
